Probe into man found hurt at Truro hotel

Police in Cornwall are investigating an incident in which a man was found seriously injured in a hotel doorway.

The man was found at the Alverton Manor Hotel in Truro in the early hours of Sunday.

Devon and Cornwall Police said one line of investigation was that he was hit by a vehicle.

Officers appealed for witnesses, or for anyone with knowledge of a recently damaged vehicle to come forward.
