Whity Cross crash kills two men in their 20s

Two men have been killed in a car crash in Cornwall.

The accident happened just before midnight on the A38 at Whity Cross, Saltash. The road was closed overnight, but has now been reopened.

The men, who are both in their 20s and local to the area, were pronounced dead at the scene, Devon and Cornwall Police said. Next of kin have been informed.

No other vehicles were involved and police have appealed for anyone with information to contact them.
