Four charged over murder of 'vulnerable' Cornwall man

Four people have been charged with the murder of a "vulnerable" Cornwall man.

The body of Terry Oldham, 63, was found at his home in Dolcoath Road, Camborne on 1 April.

Devon and Cornwall Police said he had sustained serious injuries and a murder inquiry was launched.

The four people are also charged with causing or allowing the death of a vulnerable person and were remanded in custody when they appeared before Bodmin Magistrates Court.

Daniel Quinn, 23, of Tregullow Road, Falmouth, Richard Rosevear, 32, of Truro Road, St Austell, and Aaron Mallen, 24, and Michelle Casterton, 43, both of Grenville Road, Falmouth, are jointly charged with murder between 28 March and 2 April 2014.

The accused will appear at Truro Crown Court on a date to be decided.
