A 76-tonne crane has left a road and crashed into a hedge in Cornwall.

The crash has partially blocked the eastbound carriageway of the A38 near the Trerulefoot roundabout in Saltash, causing delays.

A section of the main trunk road which connects Bodmin and Plymouth is expected to be closed later for the crane to be recovered.

No-one is believed to be injured and police officers are at the scene of the crash.
