Murder arrests over unexplained death in Penzance

Three people have been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man was found with "unexplained injuries" in west Cornwall.

The man, thought to in his early 30s and of Lithuanian descent, was found in Penzance at 04:15 BST on 14 April and taken to hospital where he died.

Two men, aged 39 and 44, and a 29-year-old woman, from the Helston area, have been arrested on suspicion of murder.

All three have been released on police bail pending further investigations.

Det Insp Sharon Donald appealed for information and urged any witnesses to contact police.
