Man arrested after Warwickshire M40 services ram-raid
A 23-year-old man has been arrested following a ram-raid at a service station off the M40, near Warwick.
Warwickshire Police said five men stole an unknown amount of money from a cash machine outside the Welcome Break Services at 02:55 BST.
A white Ford pick-up truck was abandoned at the scene and police said the men were believed to have escaped in a Transit van and dark Audi estate.
The estate car was later recovered from a farm in Warmington, near Banbury.
A Ford Transit, which police believe was involved in the incident, was found in Bishops Itchington.
The 23-year-old was later arrested by a dog handler in a garden at a property in the village.
Police said inquiries were ongoing and urged anyone who might have seen the vehicles travelling along the Fosse Way, or in Fenny Compton, Gaydon, and surrounding villages to come forward.
