A survey ends into Warwickshire library opening hours

A public consultation into the future opening hours of 16 libraries in Warwickshire has ended.

People had four weeks to comment on two possible options for each library with the consultation coming to an end on Sunday.

Warwickshire County Council said the "majority vote" from the public would decide each building's future opening hours.

The council said the new hours would be introduced from 31 March 2012.

By the end of the third week of consultation, 4,667 people had completed and returned a survey, according to the Council.
