Boy banned from Coventry City football matches
A 15-year-old boy has been banned from attending Coventry City football matches for three years.
West Midlands Police said the teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty to two assaults, throwing a missile inside a stadium and threatening behaviour.
Police said the offences all happened on 3 March at the King Power Stadium when Coventry played Leicester City.
Coventry Youth Court heard the boy assaulted two stewards.
He also threw a plastic bottle towards Leicester fans.
Police said the boy had been ordered not to enter any town or city where Coventry are playing three hours before kick-off, during the match and three hours after the final whistle.
He was also given a community order, police said.
