Studley Castle Hotel remains closed after masonry fall

A Warwickshire hotel which was damaged when masonry dislodged from the roof will remain closed for more than a fortnight for repairs.

The fire service was called to the Best Western Studley Castle Hotel and guests were evacuated on Tuesday night.

The hotel, a Grade II-listed building, will be closed until 31 August.

In a statement Best Western Hotels GB said: "All guests due to stay during this time are being contacted by Best Western and the hotel directly."
