Coventry dentist struck off for misconduct

A dentist who refused to give a patient her dental records has been struck off by the General Dental Council for misconduct.

Nigel Moss, who practised at Hearsall House in Coventry, did not examine the patient properly and lied about treatment records, the hearing heard.

Mr Moss had been suspended in 2012 for similar misconduct, but was allowed back on the register in December 2013.

He has 28 days to appeal against the decision.
