Two arrested in Gregory Kelly Audi murder probe

Two men, aged 33 and 55, have been arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of a man struck by a black Audi in a Warwickshire town.

Police said Gregory Kelly, 26, from New Arley, was hit by the car and then assaulted on Manor Road, Atherstone, at 21:25 BST on 25 March.

He was taken to hospital with head injuries and died five days later.

The men from Atherstone had previously been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.

A 38-year-old man from Atherstone remains on bail after also being arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.

Police said they were continuing to investigate Mr Kelly's death and appealed for information.
