Second man arrested over 'setting Koran alight' inquiry
A second man has been arrested on suspicion of burning the Islamic holy book in a Carlisle street.
Police were called to English Street on 19 January after reports that a copy of the Koran was being burned.
A 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of using racially aggravated threatening words and behaviour, and bailed until 3 March.
On Saturday, a 28-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of a racially aggravated public order offence.
He has been bailed until 8 February, Cumbria Police confirmed.
