Kimberly-Clark faces court over death of Christopher Massey
Tissue maker Kimberly-Clark is facing court action over the death of a worker who was partially decapitated at a Cumbria factory almost four years ago.
Christopher Massey, 28, died at the firm's Barrow plant on 8 November 2007, as he tried to repair machinery.
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) said the company had been charged with failing to ensure the safety of its employees, including Mr Massey.
The case is due before magistrates in Barrow-in-Furness on 1 November.
An inquest heard Mr Massey, a former rugby player with Barrow Raiders from Holbeck Road in the town, died while he was trying to fix a piece of machinery at the end of a 12-hour shift.
The Barrow factory produces about 100,000 tonnes of toilet tissue a year.
