Wiltshire services honour war dead on Remembrance Day
Thousands of people across Wiltshire have turned out on Remembrance Sunday to pay their respects to those who have lost their lives in battle.
The largest gathering was at the war memorial in Salisbury where up to 4,000 people were expected to join the service in Guildhall Square.
In Marlbrough High Street, about 500 people joined 100 soldiers from 4 Military Intelligence Battalion.
Silences and services were also held in Swindon, Trowbridge and Chippenham.
In June, troops from the Bulford-based battalion paraded in Marlborough after being granted the freedom of the town.
