Sedbergh quad bike crash: Janet Gorst's family pay tribute

The family of a farmer who died in a crash involving a quad bike and a car in Cumbria have paid tribute to her.

Janet Gorst, 43, was injured in the crash involving the quad bike she was driving and a Land Rover on the Old Scotch Road near Sedbergh on Thursday.

She later died in hospital as a result of her injuries. The 43-year-old woman driver of the car was not injured.

Mrs Gorst's family described her as a "proud stockman" whose motto in life was to "live life passionately".

Cumbria Police continue to investigate the collision.
