Missing Langdale man 'should not be approached'
A man missing in the Lake District should not be approached, Cumbria Police have warned.
Paul Davies, 21, from Langdale, Ambleside, was last seen at 21:00 BST on Friday.
He is "currently unstable and may perceive people who are trying to help him as a threat", Sgt Mark Lyon-Maris said.
Mountain rescue teams and police dogs have joined the search for Mr Davies in the Langdale area.
He has medical issues which the police and his family are concerned about, a force spokesman said.
"We do not want to cause any unnecessary harm or stress and advise the public not to approach him and contact the police immediately if they see him," Sgt Lyon- Maris added.
Mr Davies is described as 6ft 3in tall, of slim build with dark brown, short hair.
