Police name second knife death man in Derby flats
Police have named the second man found stabbed to death at a block of flats in Derby.
The body of Paul Hancock, 58, was found on Friday. John David Matthews, 66, was discovered dead at the same complex on Waterford Drive on 25 July.
Police said they were treating both deaths as murder.
A 47-year-old Derby man arrested in Cumbria is still in custody. He is due to be questioned again over the deaths in "due course", police said.
Neighbours of the two stabbed men have been offered the chance to move out of the flats.
Mr Matthews, 66, was known as Dave and worked as a kitchen porter at Darleys Restaurant in Derby.
The last sighting of him was at the restaurant on 9 July.
