Crews fight diesel tank explosion

More than 20 firefighters were called out after a diesel storage tank erupted in flames at a Derbyshire wood yard.

It started at Hazelwood near Belper, and witnesses said the smoke could be seen several miles away.

Crews managed to stop the fire spreading to a large quantity of timber nearby.

The business involved said no-one was injured. An investigation is being held into the cause of the fire.
