Johnny Assani assault death probe sees two more arrests

Two more men have been arrested over the death of a Derby man.

Johnny Assani, 43, from Peartree, was injured on Walbrook Road in Derby on 14 August and died in Nottingham's Queen's Medical Centre the next day.

Two men aged 29 and 32 have been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.

The 29-year-old was released on bail and the other man remains in custody. Three men, two aged 32 and one aged 33, have been charged with murder.
