Ripley house death: Richard Peake named by police

A man who was found dead at a house in Derbyshire has been named by police.

Richard Peake, 36, was discovered by paramedics called to a property on Derby Road in Ripley at about 00:30 BST on Tuesday.

A post-mortem examination of Mr Peake, of Laurel Avenue in Ripley, took place on the same day but a cause of death has not been fully established.

Derbyshire Police have released two people from custody who were arrested in connection with Mr Peake's death.

A 39-year-old man has been bailed pending further inquiries and a 22-year-old woman has been released without charge.
