Second arrest over assault death in Derby

A second man has been arrested after a 30-year-old man died following an assault in Derby.

Richard Ziemacki, from Chaddesden, was attacked on the Cornmarket shortly after 03:00 BST on Sunday and died later at the Royal Derby Hospital.

A 25-year-old man, from the Burton on Trent area, in Staffordshire, has been arrested on suspicion of assault.

Another man, 23, also from the Burton on Trent area, was arrested on Sunday on suspicion of murder.

Both men were being questioned by police on Tuesday.
