Matlock man Alexander Blick died of head injuries

A post-mortem examination has revealed that a man found dead in a Derbyshire street died as a result of head injuries.

Alexander Blick, 42, was discovered by a member of the public on Sunday morning in the grounds of the library in Steep Turnpike, Matlock.

A man, 43, was arrested on suspicion of murder on Sunday night and is still being questioned by police.

Matlock library has been reopened after forensic work was carried out.
