CCTV camera set up to cut crime in Old Whittington

A CCTV camera has been installed in a Derbyshire village to try to cut anti-social behaviour.

Derbyshire Police said the camera had been fitted on the High Street at Old Whittington after complaints from residents.

It has been funded by the Chesterfield Community Safety Partnership (CSP) and a local councillor.

Officers said it could be moved to other problem spots in the area after six months.
