Two men have been charged with cannabis production after a fire at a factory building in Derbyshire, police said.

Thirty firefighters tackled the fire on Draycott Road in Breaston on Wednesday.

Fire crews and police found what they believed to be cannabis-growing equipment inside the factory.

The two men, aged 32 and 47, were due to appear at Derby Magistrates' Court on Friday. Another man, 62, was released on bail pending further inquiries.

Police said they thought that hundreds of plants were being grown inside the building.
