A 26-year-old man is in hospital after being stabbed in the chest at a Derbyshire pub.

The man was taken to Nottingham City Hospital after the attack at the Blue Boy pub, Wiltshire Road, Chaddesden, at about 20:30 BST on Saturday.

A spokesperson for Derbyshire Police said the man received two stab wounds to his chest but his condition was stable.

Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to contact police.
