Derby father appears in court accused of murdering baby son

A father from Derby has appeared in court charged with murdering his seven-month-old son.

Nathan Pick, of Waterford Drive in Chaddesden, was remanded in custody after appearing at Nottingham Crown Court.

The 37-year-old will appear at the same court for a plea and case management hearing on 6 August.

His baby son died at the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham last month.
