Housing study: Rural prices in Derbyshire 'forcing locals out'

A National Housing Federation study suggests that high rural house prices are forcing local residents out of the countryside.

The number of people aged 30-44 leaving rural parts of the East Midlands has increased over the last decade - with the biggest exodus in the Derbyshire Dales.
