Ten charged with drugs offences after Derby house raids

Ten people have been charged with drugs offences after "large" amounts of cocaine and heroin were found in Derby.

Police raided four properties in the city in February and arrested seven men and four women.

One man and one woman were charged shortly after with possessing drugs with intent to supply and conspiracy to supply drugs.

Officers have now charged a further six men and two women with conspiring to supply heroin and cocaine.

The charges relate to offences between May 2012 and February 2015.

The defendants are due to appear before Derby Crown Court in June.
