Family tribute to Devon pedestrian struck by lorry

The family of a 75-year-old pedestrian who died after being hit by a lorry in south Devon have said he will be "greatly missed".

Arnold Tarrant, from Newton Abbot, was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision on the A380 at Penn Inn at 03.35 GMT on Sunday.

His family said he was a "devoted and much loved husband, father and grandfather."

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding his death.
