More charges over Plymouth post office armed robbery
A second man has been charged in connection with an armed robbery at a post office in Plymouth.
Cash and tobacco were stolen after two men, one armed with a crossbow, entered Efford Road Post Office on 29 December.
Bradley Thornton, 30, of Union Street, Plymouth, appeared before city magistrates on 1 January charged with robbery.
He was remanded in custody by the magistrates to appear before Plymouth Crown Court on 18 January.
Lewis Wilde, 19, from Efford, has already been charged with robbery and possession of an offensive weapon and has been remanded in custody to appear before Plymouth Crown Court on 18 January.
