Cornwall police seize £10,000 from car on A30

A substantial amount of money has been seized from a car on the A30 in Cornwall.

Devon and Cornwall Police said £10,000 was seized when officers from the road crime unit stopped a Nissan car on the A30 near Whiddon Down on Friday.

The force said two men had been arrested in connection with possessing criminal property.

The men, aged 44 and 30, both from the Falmouth area, have been released on police bail until 15 March.
