Tribute to A38 Devon crash victim Jennifer Cattel

The family of 19-year-old Jennifer Cattel has described her as a "kind-hearted, fun loving and considerate young lady".

She was killed on the A38 near the village of Burlescombe, near Tiverton, after being hit by a Rover 45 car.

In a statement, Miss Cattel's family said: "There is now a huge void in our lives."

Anyone who witnessed the accident on 28 February has been asked to contact police.

Her family thanked the emergency services and everyone who left flowers and tributes at the roadside.

They said: "She tried hard to achieve her goals in life and put everyone else before herself."
