Police and fire crews are investigating what is believed to be a suspicious fire which started in a derelict block of flats in Plymouth.

Three fire crews and an aerial platform were called to the four-storey building in Hill Park Crescent, Greenbank, at about 1800 GMT.

The fire was on the first floor. The second and third floors were smoke logged, the fire service said.
