Biker procession for dead Plymouth man, John Twitchell

Hundreds of bikers have led a funeral procession through Plymouth in memory of a motorcyclist who died after an accident in the city.

John Twitchell, 41, died after his motorbike crashed into a wall.

For the past five years, Mr Twitchell had been a member of the city's Aquila Motorcycle Club which was involved in the procession.

The accident happened on Mannamead Road, at the junction with Seymour Road, at about 04:15 BST on 21 August.

Mr Twitchell was taken to the city's Derriford Hospital where he later died.
