Devon driving examiner loses bullying case

A driving text examiner who alleged she was bullied by colleagues because of her low pass rate has lost her claim for constructive dismissal.

Nicola Bentley-Lovell, from Sticklepath in Devon, made her claim against the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) which employed her for seven years.

The DSA rejected her allegations during the three-day employment tribunal panel in Exeter.

The panel ruled that Ms Bentley-Lovell had not been unfairly dismissed.
