Man denies murder after body found in Newton Abbot

A 45-year-old man has denied murder after a body was discovered in a property in Devon.

Brian Harris, from Newton Abbot, denied the murder of 32-year-old Paul Drury who was found at a house at Valley Path in the town.

He also denies attempting to cause grievous bodily harm to Dawn Lewis.

Both incidents happened in November 2011. The case at Exeter Crown Court was adjourned until August and Mr Harris was remanded in custody.
