Man's body discovered in Plymouth

The body of man has been found in a street in Plymouth.

An ambulance was called to the scene at the rear of Flora Court, Rendle Street, near the city centre, at about 05:30 BST.

The crew then informed Devon and Cornwall Police.

Officers said they were not treating the incident as suspicious, but were carrying out an inquiry into the circumstances of the death to prepare a report for the coroner.
