Teddies fail in Plymouth Guinness World Record bid
A bid to to break the Guinness World Record for the longest line of teddy bears in a row has failed.
People, and teddy bears, descended on Plymouth Argyle's Home Park Stadium for the attempt, but the team did not reach their target.
They placed 1,994 bears but the record, which was set in Hong Kong, currently stands at 4,041.
Organised by the Ambers Angels Trust Charity, the aim was to raise awareness of child abuse.
The charity said it would try again in eight weeks.
