Poole school's £15m revamp plan to go on show

Plans for a £15m revamp of a Dorset school are set to go on display.
Part of Ashdown Technology College in Canford Heath, Poole, would be demolished and refurbished with a new two-storey extension built.
The designs will be on show at the school's community hall on Wednesday with comments invited.
A full planning application is expected to be submitted in the coming months. Building could start in the summer with the finished school opened in 2013.
Laura Dagnall, chair of governors, said: "We are now at an exciting and crucial phase in the programme and welcome public views to make sure we provide a building that is a true asset to the local community."
