More charges after armed raid at Weymouth post office

A man accused over an armed robbery at a post office in Dorset has been charged with seven other offences.

Colin Douglas has been charged with a second robbery, theft, burglary and false imprisonment and will appear before magistrates on 21 April.

The 25-year-old, from Weymouth, is already facing seven charges over the theft of £28,000 from the Londis store in Abbotsbury Road on 2 March.

He is due to enter pleas to these charges on 9 May.
