Emily Longley death: Man, 20, charged with murder

A man has been charged with the murder of an aspiring 17-year-old New Zealand model who was found dead in Dorset.

Emily Longley was living in Bournemouth and studying at Brockenhurst College, Hampshire, when she was found dead in a Bournemouth bungalow on 7 May.

Elliott Turner, 20, has been charged with murder.

Mr Turner and two other people, Leigh Turner, 53, and Anita Turner, 50, all from the Queens Park area, are charged with perverting the course of justice.

They are due to appear before Bournemouth magistrates on Thursday.

Miss Longley, who had grown up in Auckland, was found dead at the bungalow in Queenswood Avenue.

A post-mortem examination failed to reveal the cause of her death.

An inquest into Emily's death was opened and adjourned on 9 May.
