Dorset chiropodist staff held up at gunpoint in robbery

Three people were held up at gunpoint during an armed robbery at a chiropodist in Dorset.

Two men with their faces covered entered the reception of Feet First in Parkstone, Poole, and threatened the receptionist with the gun.

They pulled her wrist and made off with what Dorset Police described as a "quantity of money". A consultant and a customer were also threatened.

It is not known how the men fled from Friday evening's robbery.

Police are appealing for information and for any witnesses to come forward.

Officers said they were unclear as to whether or not the gun was an imitation firearm.
