Man stabbed at Bournemouth's Priva nightclub

A man was stabbed three times as he left a nightclub in Bournemouth.

The 21-year-old from Watford was stabbed twice in the stomach and once in the arm by a man in the foyer of Priva in the early hours of Sunday.

Dorset Police said the man's injuries were not thought to be life threatening after the attack at about 04:05 GMT.

Det Con Jon Sainsbury said the victim and his friends may have been involved in an earlier altercation with the attacker inside the club.

He said the altercation was believed to have taken place in a corridor next to the toilets inside the venue on Poole Hill.
