Man electrocuted at Dorchester South Railway Station

A man has been electrocuted while trying to cross railway tracks, British Transport Police (BTP) believe.

The 24-year-old was found dead on Sunday morning at Dorchester South Railway Station in Dorset.

BTP Insp Mick Morris said the man, from Cheltenham in Gloucestershire, died at the scene.

"We believe that he was electrocuted and we are investigating what we believe is a very tragic incident," he said.
