Poole mosque damage: Two charged

Two men have been charged with racially aggravated criminal damage following an incident at a mosque in Dorset.

Police said windows at the Dorset Islamic Cultural Association in Poole were broken on Thursday afternoon.

A man from Shaftesbury, aged 35, and a man from Poole, aged 38, are due to appear at Bournemouth Magistrates' Court on Saturday.

Police said they were looking for two other people in connection with the incident.

Neighbourhood team officers have been liaising with the Muslim community to provide reassurance.
