A 32-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder after a gun was fired outside a Bournemouth home.

The door of a property in Hanlon Close, in the West Howe area of the town, was shot at on Monday, police said.

The occupants of the house were in at the time of the shooting, at about 20:30 GMT, but no-one was injured.
