Trees uprooted and stolen from Piddlehinton Camp

Dozens of newly planted trees marking the boundary of an industrial estate in Dorset have been uprooted and stolen.

Eighty laurels had been planted around Enterprise Industrial Park, on the former Piddlehinton Camp, near Dorchester.

Dorset Police said the thieves struck on Thursday night or in the early hours of Friday, removing all of the new trees.

Officers appealed for information and said no arrests had been made.
