A man has denied the manslaughter of a woman who was found with serious head injuries at an address in Dorset.

Julie Cook, 44, died in hospital from her injuries on 4 May, two days after she was found at a property in Clarence Park Road in Bournemouth.

Daniel Bragg, 36, of no fixed address, appeared at Winchester Crown Court and pleaded not guilty to manslaughter.

He was remanded in custody until 2 September, ahead of a trial due to start on 24 October.
