A cash machine has been stolen during an early morning ram raid in Wareham.

A vehicle was crashed through the glass window at the front of the Co-op on North Street at 03:58 BST, police said.

The cash dispenser inside the store was taken but, despite a police search of the area, officers have not made any arrests.

A spokesman said they particularly want to hear from anyone who saw a khaki coloured Land Rover with a tyre on the bonnet in the area.
