Family pays tribute to driver killed in Bournemouth tree crash
The family of man who was killed when the car he was driving left the road and crashed into a tree and lamppost have paid tribute to him.
Kevin Peat, 28, from Bournemouth, was in a grey Vauxhall Astra when it came off Harewood Avenue in the town in the early hours of Sunday.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. Two passengers were treated in hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
Mr Peat's family said they were "totally heartbroken" by his death.
In a statement they said: "He was truly loved by all who knew him and will be sorely missed."
Police are appealing for any witnesses who saw the collision or the manner of driving of the car prior to the incident to contact them.
